Chairman & Founder
Mr. Garrett is a California native and graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles. He has been involved in all facets of real estate for over sixty years. His experience includes developer, investor, builder, broker, cattle rancher and organic farmer.
Mr. Garrett's vision has allowed him to acquire properties in the path of future development. His strengths are creativity with real estate investments and a commitment to managing projects with the best team possible.

Allen Lee Nunez
Founding Partner - Broker - ALMAR Group
Allen Nunez began his long-running real estate career in 1986. As founding partner of the former Coldwell Banker Commercial – Almar Group, Nunez contributed greatly to the commercial expansion of the Temecula Valley and the Southern California Inland Empire markets.
His portfolio consists of well-known clients, such as Nationwide Insurance Company, Kearny Real Estate Company, Morgan Stanley, Baywest Properties, Milgard Corp, and The Scott’s Company.

Phillip Jones has been involved in all aspects of residential building during his real estate development career. Mr. Jones has entitled and built over 30,000 entry-level to third tier move up homes and has sold over $10 billion worth of properties throughout California, Washington, Texas, Florida and Kobe, Japan over his forty year career in the international real estate development industry.
